COVID-19 update

All orders are sent through Express Mail.
The usual delivery time is between 3 to 7 days worldwide.

Due to COVID-19 all orders are delayed.
Unfortunately we cannot control how much time it will take for your order to arrive because it will depend on a number of factors.
We are keeping a close look at all orders, questioning the post office regularly, and making sure all orders are arriving as fast as possible.

Processing time
Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive your Tracking Number in your email after we process your order.

Plastic-Free Shipping
We are proud to say that we send all our products in plastic-free packages. We reuse paper and other materials to make sure your products will arrive in good shape to you.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options
Secure credit card payment. Shopify payment methods never keeps your credit card information.

Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless agreed with us otherwise.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Wholesale Terms and Conditions
- Every order will shipped after payment confirmation.
- SasakMarket is not responsible for any fees or taxes due to customs.
- SasakMarket is not responsible for any loss or damage caused after the order as been delivered to the designated address.
- If goods are returned to us, costumers are obliged to pay the shipping if the order is returning due to costumer’s mistake.
- The buyer is responsible for any type of problem or fee caused because the information provided to SasakMarket is incorrect or incomplete.
- Please inform us about any type of order mistake or damage in the package in the next 7 days after the order delivery.
