Our artisans boil the straws after being properly cut, cleaned and rinsed. After that, they put them under the sun until they get completely dry. Finally they store the straws in a well-ventilated room until they are ready to go to your hands. Actually the bamboo itself already has antibacterial properties.

Yes, every order/parcel that we send from Indonesia will have Phytosanitary Certificate from Plant & Quarantine Board in Indonesia - https://karantina.pertanian.go.id/ This certificate is obligatory to take before shipping, and will go together with each parcel in the form of Letter of Certification & Green sticker saying the content has passed the inspection.
