We have to admit something to you. Our team from Sasak Market is completely addicted to Smoothies! We have one smoothie almost every day and after a while we started to get more creative and we tried all kinds of different combinations.

Creamy Monday

Monday is a good day to start doing the things you love... such as enjoying a creamy smoothie!

Creamy Monday

INGREDIENTS


Base:
1 big sliced frozen banana 3 dates
1 tsp sun warrior protein
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup coconut milk

Topping:
Cacao nibs


METHOD

- Blend all the ingredients, except the cacao nibs, until it gets smooth.
- Add the cacao nibs and blend it a little bit just to break lightly.
- Top with cacao nibs and your straw and it’s ready! 

Yellow Tuesday

Always remember to fall asleep with a dream and wake up with a smoothie!

Yellow Tuesday


INGREDIENTS

Base:
1 big sliced frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1/2 cup cold coconut water
2 dates

Topping:
Mint leaves


METHOD

- Combine all ingredients in a high power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
- Top with mint leaves and your straw and enjoy!

Orange Wednesday

Life is like a smoothie... what you get out of it depends on what you put into it.

Orange Wednesday smoothie


INGREDIENTS

Base:
1 cup cold coconut water
1/2 cup baby carrots
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
2 dates

Topping:
Cacao nibs


METHOD

- Blend all ingredients until it gets smooth.
- Serve it with your bamboo straw and top it off with cacao nibs.

Pink Thursday

It's not weekend yet! Our pink smoothie will give you the extra boost you need!

Pink Thursday smoothie

INGREDIENTS

Base:
1 cup cold coconut milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit chunks
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
2 tbsp chia

Topping:
Coconut chips
Fresh strawberry
Mint

METHOD

- Soak the chia seeds in a berry juice overnight. In the morning, add all the ingredients, except the chia seeds, to blend until it gets smooth.
- Put the 2 tbsp chia on the buttom of your smoothie glass and then add the blended fruits.
- Top with strawberry sliced, mint leaves, coconut chips and your bamboo straw.

Purple Friday

Weekend starts in 3...2...1... Happy Purple Friday!

Purple Friday smoothie

INGREDIENTS

Base:
1/4 frozen mango
1/2 frozen dragon fruit
1/2 frozen strawberry
1/2 cup cold orange juice

Topping: 
Mint
Passion fruit

METHOD

- Combine the mango, dragon fruit and the strawberries and blend all until it gets smooth and creamy (add orange juice if you need).
- Put the orange juice into the cup first and then add the blended smoothie on top.
- Top with the passion fruit, the mint leaves and your nice straw.

Mint Saturday

It's Saturday! Our mint smoothie will make you look extra fresh.

INGREDIENTS

Base:
1 cup cold coconut milk
1 medium frozen sliced banana 1/2 tsp peppermint oil
1 tsp maca powder
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp super green powder

Topping:
Coconut chips
Flax seeds

METHOD

- Add all ingredients to a powerful blender.
- Blend all until it gets smooth.
- Sprinkle with coconut chips, flax seeds and put your straw.

 

Choco Sunday

Well done! You are almost completing your rainbow week. To end it in the best way we made this sweet choco smoothie for you!

Choco Sunday smoothie

INGREDIENTS

Base:
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 tbsp cacao podwer
1 frozen banana
1 tsp coconut oil
3 dates
1 tbsp cacao nibs

Topping:
Cacao nibs
Dried roses

METHOD

- Combine all ingredients in a high power blender, blend all until it gets smooth and creamy.
- Top with cacao nibs, some dried roses and your lovely straw.
